Online Group Training through zoom
The classes consist of different styles of training: body weight/high intensity/strength training/mobility and Pilates exercises that will improve your mobility, strength and flexibility overall. Good way to increase your condition and strength and lose weight or get toned.
- How it works?
- First you need to fill in the sign up form
- Download Zoom/ teams ( Depending on your group)
- You will be added to our Whats app group
- You will receive a link for the zoom class ( we will use the same link at every class)
- The class is 30 minutes
- 8 classes per month, 2 times per week
- 3 months Package
- No equipment needed unless you would like to add more weights ( It is optional)
- You can also purchase the booty band to get more resistance.
- A mat is required and water bottles in the beginning
- The classes are 7PM (zone NL GMT+2) every Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday 2PM (zone NL GMT+2)
- One class is 10 Euro/ Monthly package is 60,50 Euro
