6 week Online Training through zoom

  • How it works?
  • First you need to fill in the sign up form
  • Free consultation. 15 minutes
  • Download Zoom
  • You will be added on Whats app
  • You will receive a link for the zoom class ( we will use the same link at every class)
  • Specialized Program: Choose between Pilates, Weight loss training, Weight Training, Body weight Training, HIIT Training and strength training.
  • The class is 30 minutes
  • You can choose between 4,8 or 12 classes per month
  • Time and dates discussed
  • Nutrition coaching (Specialized Nutrition advice)
  • No equipment needed unless you would like to add more weights ( It is optional)
  • You can also purchase the booty band to get more resistance.
  • A mat is required and water bottles in the beginning

    It’s super easy to join and is inviting. I can participate from my own home!! You don’t need much, not even a separate room, for example I participate from my living room.
    We have an inspiring coach who supports you in your fitness journey at your own pace.

    Het is super gezellig en uitnodigend. Ik kan lekker meedoen vanuit mijn eigen huis!! Je hebt niet veel nodig ook geen aparte ruimte, ik doe bijvoorbeeld mee vanuit mijn woonkamer.
    We hebben een motiverende coach die je op je eigen tempo ondersteund in je fitness journey.

    Ik heb 9 maanden met Chawlyn getraind en ik vond het super! Voordat ik aan mijn fitnessjourney begon was ik nog nooit in de sportschool geweest, dus het was heel fijn om begeleiding te krijgen in de oefeningen en apparaten. De sfeer was altijd gezellig en Chawlyn is heel behulpzaam. Ik focuste mij op sterker worden en dat is ontzettend gelukt! Ik let veel op mijn voeding en na het stoppen met personal training weet ik nu ook goed hoe ik alleen verder moet gaan. Dankjewel!

    I have been participating Chaw fitness online classes for 2 years now and with success. Sports have now become part of my lifestyle. I don’t like exercising, but I do need it to stay healthy. And this is a nice method that works for me.

    I only get this life once so I do everything I can to keep it as vital as possible. I am happy that Chaw fitness is helping me with this.
