Description
This package is a 3 months package where I help you to your fitness goal.
- After payment we will contact you to plan a zoom call.
- It starts with a 30minute zoom call where we discuss your lifestyle, basic information of your weight, height, habits, work etc.
- We determine a fitness goal together!
- Than I will make you a workout plan that will fit into your lifestyle and time.
- It will take maximum 3-5 days and you will receive the workout plan in your mail box.
- The workout plan will tell you which exercises to do, how many sets, repetitions, the speed or timing of the exercise, it will include a link that will show you how to perform each exercise.
- The plan is for 1 month. You will write down and keep track of the weights and repetitions you have done.
- After the month we will have another zoom call to discuss how it went and what you would like to improve.
- I will then make the second workout plan.
- After one month you will receive your last workout plan.
- In 3 months you should be much further than where you started.
- Than we can discuss if you would like to expand your package to another 3months.
