Since I was 4 year olds I have always been into sports / competitions. I started with professional swimming and gymnastic. I also tried many other sports but my heart was in dancing, swimming and gymnastics. I also competed in Marathons, Duathlons and Triathlons. Sports has always been my passion. I started off with teaching Hip hop dance classes when I was 17 as a part time job next to my studies, Bachelor economics. After I got more into teaching dance classes in several schools and gyms. Then I got Zumba Certified and I liked it so much that I decided to start my own company called ”C-girl dance”.

I expanded my services and started teaching other classes like BBB (billen, benen en buik) , zumba, kids dance, weight training and cardio training. I also worked as a freelancer to teach workshops at parties and events. I worked at different schools, community centre’s and gym’s across the Netherlands and Canada. In 2014 I got Certified as a professional Personal Trainer at the American Council of Exercise in Canada, Vancouver and worked as a personal trainer and as a group fitness Instructor. I have helped many people lose weight or help them change their lifestyle and eating habits. I have also helped people get fitter and stronger and inspired and motivated many people to start training. I have taught one one one but also have taught classes of 100 people at the time, What I love most, is the diversity in the way of teaching when doing a one-on-one training or training in groups. Even tough I had a Bachelor degree in Economics, Fitness was always my calling.

My new adventure started in 2014 in Sint Maarten. I first worked in several gyms in Sint Maarten as a Freelancer but I always wanted my own place. After the big Hurricane Irma I decided to leave Sint Maarten and go back to live in Amsterdam .I worked as a Freelancer in different Gyms in Amsterdam like Basic Fit, Fit for Free and The Gym but something was calling me back to the Island. As soon as I got back I decided to open my own location and n December 2018 I finally opened my own Gym named ”C.H.A.W.Fitnes” in Sint Maarten, Cole Bay. The gym has been the best thing that happened to me. All the clients are like family and we all help each other to the best healthy shape of our lives. But good things come to and end, it was not the same after Corona. I decided I needed more challenge and a bigger city. so I moved to the Netherlands in 2022 and continued my journey.

I am now specialized in Online Training and Online Coaching in Nutrition and Training.
